Philosophy

I use a process-driven approach focusing on training, teamwork, and development. I teach athletes to push themselves and to enjoy the process. My goal is to create culture that allows athletes to thrive, build lasting relationships, and improve every day. I go to greath lengths to introduce new training techniques, foster camaraderie, and above all else build character and grit; who they are is more important than how they perform.
