Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is very simple. I look for the beautiful parts of the game that most people look over, for example: when a player doesn’t have to think about if their teammate is in their position before they make the pass or when the team is flowing and everyone on that team understands their job and executes it to their best abilities. That’s when the beauty happens. That’s when you get to sit back as a coach and watch your team use all the knowledge and drills you’ve practice and put it together on the field.
