Philosophy

As a coach, I make sure to use guided questions in all of my practices as well as games. I feel like getting them to engage in conversations allows for them to have a deeper connection with the sport and each other, rather than just telling the kids everything. I try to make it as fun, but competitive as possible so they can enjoy themselves. I also will always make sure they understand mistakes happen and it's apart of the game, rather than getting mad and making them feel bad about anything. Overall, my most important thing is to make the players better on and off the field.
