Philosophy

I believe that it’s important to remember that we are playing a game… and games are meant to be fun! I ask two things of players and promise one thing in return. I ask for focus and intensity on the pitch and in return I promise to do everything I can to create a positive and supportive environment where mistakes are not only ok, but encouraged. Growth requires the courage to
take risks, get it wrong, and even lose and then continue to refine the process. Those mistakes and losses provide moments that sow the seeds of development.
