Philosophy

Focus on creating an environment that players want to come to day in and day out, while incorporating very active and team based activities throughout. Development comes easy when kids are properly pushed just outside their comfort zone, being held accountable, and receiving acknowledgment about the small things. Soccer isn't perfect, nor will be every action, touch, pass or shot, but, my main focus is to maintain a healthy (both mentally and physically) balance to keep kids loving this sport and want to return, not just next season, or next game, but every training session as well. Keep things new and fresh every session.
