Operations Manager

Born and raised in Stuttgart, Germany, Tomas grew up with a deep-rooted passion and unwavering commitment to the game. With a playing career spanning from clubs like MTV Stuttgart and FV Loechgau in Germany, over NAIA DI and NCAA DII schools Mount Mercy University and CSU Stanislaus, to professional and semi-professional teams such as Demize NPSL, Tigres FC (Colombia) and Acoreano Sport, Tomas has gained a profound understanding of the game from a player's perspective. Transitioning to coaching, he had the chance to work and learn at some of Germany's biggest academies under some of Germany's best youth coaches. Tomas' dedication and passion for the game are also evident in his involvement with UPSL side Acoreano Sport, clinching playoff spots in 2 seasons with the club, and alma mater CSU Stanislaus where he coached at a NCAA DII level.

"As a coach for younger age groups, my personal mission is to create an engaging and enjoyable environment that prioritizes the development of players' skillset and soccer IQ. Emphasizing a dynamic approach to learning, my goal is to provide challenging and fun experiences that push players to improve their technical abilities and tactical understanding of the game. Through creative coaching methods and innovative techniques, players will be encouraged to develop a deep passion for soccer and think critically to make informed decisions on the field. Fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere, I am dedicated to empowering players to grow both individually and as a team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in soccer and in life."

Tomas holds multiple coaching licenses, including the US Soccer C, D, and F Licenses, as well as the US Soccer Grassroots certifications for 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 formats. He emphasizes an engaging and enjoyable environment that prioritizes player development, using creative coaching methods and innovative techniques to improve their technical abilities and tactical understanding of the game.
