Bryson grew up playing competitive soccer in Bakersfield, CA. But it was in Santa Cruz, CA where he discovered his love of coaching. In 2017, he began coaching the boys youngest age group for Santa Cruz City Youth Soccer Club. Bryson continued coaching that same team until his move to Rocklin in June 2023. He has dedicated himself to the sport and the players he coaches, earning his coaching credentials, and recently completing the USSF B-License. He also has completed the US Youth Futsal Level II and 2*AJAX Education Diplomas. Bryson has experience as the Tournament Director for Santa Cruz City Youth Soccer Club, and the Technical Director of SkillTree Soccer, a local organization designed to offer supplemental training such as futsal, small group trainings, and camps for competitive players.

Bryson considers himself a player centered coach and believes every player should be mentored in a way that resonates with their own unique qualities. In that respect, he dedicates himself to maintaining the well-being of the team as a whole and the families that support them - all of which contribute to the growth of the player.
